Online Name Research For Contacts (Recruitment)

I’m looking for someone to do a detailed accurate research project to find names of people in 50 financial services companies – 150 names in total. I’d like to see an example of a similar project you’ve done before otherwise I can’t consider you for the work I’m afraid. It doesn’t have to be a large sample, but you need to know what you’re doing here otherwise it’s a painful process for both of us. Below is a link to the top 50 Asset Management companies. [login to view URL] I am looking to put together a list in excel that includes the company name, the assets under management (listed in the link), then I need you to identify the US headquarters city and state, the US headquarters phone number, the name of the CEO, COO, and CIO/CTO, If you don’t know what these acronyms mean, you certainly won’t be right for this project. It would take me 2-3 hours to do this correctly as all the info is there, however it has to be very accurate. Notes For the US Headquarters, you will need to google search for example “Vanguard Corporate Headquarters” or “Vanguard Headquarters US”. For the phone number, these companies always have a 1-800 number or equivalent but that’s not what we’re looking for. We want the head office number, which will normally be a US area code and is often ending in 00 or 000, like 317 624 300 or similar – never 1-800 or other Freephone dials though, so this may take some searching. For the job titles, the CEO may be called the President, but never the Chairman. For the COO (Chief Operations Officer), they may sometimes be the CAO or Chief Administration Officer. For the CIO/CTO (Chief Information Officer (not to be confused with CIO – Chief Investment Officer, we don’t want that) (Chief Technology Officer) they should be listed as that or Head of Technology. These executives should always be found on the corporate website, like this one for Vanguard: [login to view URL] Note on here that “John T. Marcante is managing director of Vanguard's Information Technology division” – that means he’ll go down as the CIO/CTO as he’s the main guy leading technology. His job title though should be recorded as “Managing Director Technology”. Also note in this example, “James M. Norris is managing director of Vanguard's international operations”, so he is the COO, even although it doesn’t say that. His job title would be recorded as “Managing Director, International Operations” So this is why you have to have done this sort of thing before so you can look out for the nuances in titles and know which is which.
