Recently I Discovered the Power of FileMaker, its been a long awaited solution I have been looking for, As previous power user of Ms Access i can see the real power and potential this FileMaker offers plus, the cross platform option is a much needed option. So im looking for a complete CRM solution which is more bespoke to my needs to run across my three businesses which are in the same sector, and make my life easier to access all three from one location. Main Benefits will to be to support my Sales Buisness (Aesthetica Technologies) This will need a contact/client table, with linked multiple telephone and email adresses. Also needed is a linked todo list. With date created and date complete by, and status. This also needs to provide a sector field, and current equipment owned linked table. Second table is suppliers following same formatt Another table will be Enquiries, fields to inculde, recieved Date, Enquiry Title, linked Customer with Creat Button if not already there, intrested machines (multiple) from linked product table, follow up date with notifaction. Also need enquiry notes, enquiry status. Need a warranty table, Libking Product, and customer together, wih Purchase date, warranty Date period, and Linked Claims / warranty issues, barcode section. Need products table. Supplier, product details, buy in cost, nett sell cost, profit. Qty in stock etc Need a purchace order, Quote and Invoice Creation templete, Company details could be feed from a buissness details table with includes bank sort cide and bank account number. These can change on invoice on what ever company i want to send a qoute or invoice on. Other buiness that i will be using on the CrM is Aesthetica Medispa & International Aesthetics Institute With the The Medipa i will need to generic purchace orders, sales Invoives, and purchase Invoices and Till Receipts With IAI same as above pluse generating Sales invoices for selling Ttaining Courses
