Please place your bid per every 50 billable hours. Example, $2/hour X 25 hours = $50.00 USD. We are seeking to hire several inbound/outbound call agents to handle customer service. A small agency is fine also. You must have ZERO non-US accent and great communication or you will not be considered, our clients would not be open to foreign accents. You will need to be trained on and use throughout the process our Ticketing System (RepairShopR), our CRM (Pipedrive) and our chat program (Slack) to speak with other employees. You will also need to somehow integrate with or use our phone system. We will provide for, and pay for all of those items - you will not be responsible. Our inbound/outbound calls monthly average 2250. Inbound includes 75% of calls requesting prices, check on stock level, questions about on repair time. There is another 15% of existing customers just checking status of ticket that the call can simply be transferred. If a call is about price, you reference a list. If a call is about status, you simply message in Slack and will be answered to relay. If the call is anything else, you will transfer to us. For calls that request price, you call them back in 1 hour to ask if we can assist further. Live chat & email answering capability/ability would also be highly beneficial. We have this all integrated into our chat program so it all comes to 1 place. However, you will not do this in the beginning until very comfortable. The open hours are 9AM to 8PM Mon-Sat and 10AM to 6PM on Sunday, Eastern Standard Time. Please insert in your proposal what hours you will be available so we can determine how many agents are needed. Please keep in mind that we are trying to decide to outsource or hire an employee in store at minimum wage ($6/hr) so if your hourly rate is anything above 5/hr then there is no benefit to us. If your bid is shortlisted we will request an audio scripted sample, then a follow up video interview. If you receive either of those, you will likely get the job if you pass the requirements.
