I'm managing retail shops and I want to use ERPNext to manage accounting records and manage inventory
the course should include the following
- Chart Of Accounts: we will go go through all default accounts, and add new accounts based on company needs
- Journal entries: how enter and manage establishment journal entries, daily journal entries, Adjustment Entry, closing Entry
- T-Accounts Browsing and reporting
- Manage Stock and Inventory: settings, add items, Item Price
- Purchase orders, Payments, Payment Request, Purchase Sock orders, Purchase Supply orders
- Sales Invoice, Invoice with complicated fees, Managing wrong invoices
- Manage Credit Note and Debit Note
- Manage bank account, pay-pal account and Bank Reconciliation
- Payment Reconciliation
- Manage Salaries and owners withdrawals
- Refund orders
- Manage inventory reviews, missing stock, broken stock
- Manage expenses
- Financial statement, trial balance, reports
Training should cover by demos and real scenarios from our business, it will be one and half hour for 5 days
Note: the training should be Accountant and have very good experience with erpnext.
I'm not accountant and I don't have experience with erpnext. but I'm managing business and have good information of Accounting, Accounting and ERP systems
This project is first step, next step will be another project for bookkeeper who can manage our records and keep reviewing our accounts, but first i need to understand this system so I can follow up.
Timing: any day during the week, between 7PM and 11PM Dubai time
