Looking for a certified accountant or an accounting firm

I would like to kindly ask you for your advise and help. Since my previous message I follow the legal advise of a solicitor looking for the "expert" that took all the records as well as asking providers from various EU countries to re-issue invoices and receipts. I got only a few ...from a pile of my expenses and dozens of invoices. So,to sum up and speed up things, I will give you the basic information and my thoughts on the "issue" I face and you will decide if there is anything that can be done. 1) A limited UK company incorporated in Jan 2015 and dissolved in June 2016 can be restore (by companies house) with the payment of the proper fees? 2) Is there anyway to submit Annual Returns, Confirmation Statements, Total exemption small company accounts / Small company accounts and PSC (persons with significant control) statements. 3) The records with payments, receipts and invoices were missing or stolen by the "expert" who was "a qualified accountant". I manage to retreive only a few (all with my personal information) because the majority of EU companies/providers asked too much (taxes, penalty fees, late submission fees and other extras). I want to declare the full expenses (around £ 20,000) in order to use the software developed from the company. No revenues or income was made until dissolution. No VAT, No PAYE, No CIS, No EORI - No business/ corporate Bank Accounts. All payment were made from personal bank accounts. Any suggestions, recommendations or guidance is more than welcome.
