This work would need to be prepared using a remote connection to one of our computers, so you would need to be quite computer literate, as some people find this too complex! We need someone to help preparing accounts for small UK limited companies. The systems we use:- Bookkeeping:- Xero, VT Transaction, QuickBooks, Free Agent Accounts – Tax Calc Payroll Manager - for payroll We also use Wrike for workflow management, Logical Office for document management and DocuSign for electronic signing of accounts. It would be good if the person has worked in an accountancy firm before, so that they are used to the working papers that only accountancy produce. They also need to have at least 10 hours per week available and be very motivated! Also a very high degree of fluency in English required. I have Handled Month end closing activities, Balance Sheet reconciliations including review of accruals and journals. I have worked on analytics on financial statements, Ratio analysis. Experienced in filing Tax returns I am well versed with Tally, ERP, QBO, MS office. I can do quality work with full accuracy in given time.

Accounts Receivable: Posting of Receipts with clearing, credit managements, special G/L transactions (like bill of exchange, down payments, security deposit, bad debts, and interest), displaying items and balances, correspondence, evaluations and Periodic processing. • Accounts Payables: Postings and Preparation of Payments, Special G/L transactions (like bill of exchange, down payments, interests), displaying item balances, correspondence, periodic processing, and payment run. • G/L account postings, document types, taxes (country India version- sales taxes, withholding tax), interest, foreign currency valuation, month-end processing, and year-end processing. • Customer Code, Vendor Code Creation (with payment terms, House Bank, Tax codes etc) • Vendor and Customer accounts Clearing and reconciling. • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.

All financial analysis – created relevant reports for directors meetings,highlighting problem areas/issues and suggesting solutions eg Job Profit analysis, billable vs non billable hours, actual vs budgeted accounts, profitability per client, assisted with quoting structure.
