Seeking Chartered Accountant to Conduct Audit Report for Small Shell Company

Seeking a chartered accountant to conduct a comprehensive summary of a company's financial performance U.S. federal regulations for macro-cap companies pursuant with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company is formerly a shell company with no annual income that is converting to a medical research company under new management.
The auditor would receive all (unaudited) quarterly reports from 2017 and related documents to review and audit. An auditor opinion letter will be required.
