Get files (any dta) from amazon aws instance lost data key

Hello there. I have over 10 years of experience with linux and AWS. My proposal as you don't have the key is as follows: Accessing through the browser via anydesk, create an AMI of the instance you need to backup/export. Then create a new instance FROM that AMI (an AMI is basically a point-in-time snapshot of another instance) and then from the new instance (which will have the same data as the old one) and with a newly created key, export the data you need. Hello, I have gone through the requirement and understand that you would like to recover files from aws instance which you dont have key. I prefer to use "Putty" to access the server. If the server is access from Ec2 connect in web browser then we can copy the data. Since, you dont have a key, we can approach below method to access the data. 1. Create AMI of the instance 2. Launch instance from AMI 3. Create new pair at the time of launching 4. Recover the data from new instance. I am available now and generally will be available between 9:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST.
