via jenkins i need the codes to push as a docker image to the aws ecs cluster

I can write a simple Jenkinsfile that can do this for you. The Jenkinsfile will 1 - clone your code from git repo. 2 - Look for Dockerfile and build image using it. 3 - Tag and push image to ECR.
