Micro Vibration App

Hey folks, We need a micro app for Android (2.0) devices that 1. Queries a url at random intervals 2. It will receive a json with 'hour_start', 'hour_end', 'url_fail', 'url_ok', 'vibrate_count', 'timeout'. 3. If current hour is >= hour_start and current_hour is <= hour_end then 4. Vibrates 'vibrate_count' times and shows a simple "OK" button for timeout seconds. 4.1 If button is pressed within timeout, then url_ok is get'ed, 4.2 If button is not pressed (timeout), then url_fail is get'ed. 5. App will then go back to 1. It does not need to be fancy or anthing. A small tiny tool will suffice. The entire logic & application is is the backend, completly done.
