Andriod or Java Resource Required

I need an experienced Andriod or Java resource to take some existing code that is used with desktop fingerprint scanners and also add connectivity so that an image from an external camera device or imports an image from a local directory path into the application for processing. There will be some additional work but the first objective is to take an image using camera of 4 Left hand fingerprints, Left Thumb, Right 4 fingerprints, Right Thumb in that sequence and process it through the code to produce the correct set. Like the desktop, design does now, shown in the example screenshot attached. The existing code already has the fingerprint image processing functionality. The tablet and smartphone will have a specific camera that has the ability to take a clear image of a single or 4 fingerprints for processing. For example, currently, the software code checks for the connection of a scanner device and determines the type that has been connected, and how to process the image. What is needed is to add another block of code, so that it checks for the new type of devices listed, and imports the image taken from that device and processes that image. This would be a tablet or android phone device, as the fingerprint image will be taken with the onboard camera, or a USB camera that is connected to the tablet or phone USB port. Overall Tasks: 1. Modify the existing block of code to check for the external camera or local directory path, so that image taken with an external camera or imported is processed by the fingerprint process within the application. 2. Add additional photograph process to take mugshot image, up to 5. This project will require an NDA be signed, as the existing code will be shared with the successful professional. 2-3 weeks deadline after award - includes testing *must know Android Studio and how to take existing Java code and migrate to function in Android OS & Android Studio.
