You are bidding to resolve 3 phone problems by offering support by video sessions.

READ CAREFULLY:

The job is divided in 3 parts (below) but it is intended as a single milestone. If you cannot resolve all 3 problems to my complete satisfaction then the job will be considered as NOT completed and the milestone will not be released/paid.

If the solution will NOT possible because of hardware, software or operating system constraints then you will NOT be paid and, therefore, it is IN YOUR INTEREST that you DO NOT bid unless you are 100% sure that you can fix the problems! I have already paid for help only to be told that the problems could not be fixed but I think that who offered the help was not skilled and the problems can be resolved. However, I am not going to pay again to get the same answer...

I encourage and insist that Freelancers who want to bid, FIRST engage in EXTENSIVE pre-bid video conversations with me, to ensure that they fully understand the problems and bid only after they are 100% confident that they can resolve all 3 problems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Huaway Mate 9 on Android 7.0

1. Separate individual contacts' accounts (WhatsApp, Google, Phone, etc).

Pls note that I have already found a way to separate ALL contacts at once, but your job is to separate only SELECTED contacts.

2. Delete certain contacts in:

(a) hidden contacts or

(b) specific accounts (phone, WhatsApp, Viber, etc)

WITHOUT deleting the main record/contact

3. Edit and save notes imported from Samsung Note 3 into Huawei Mate 9.

All communications between Freelancer and myself, both pre-bid (to understand job) and during the actual support sessions (once job will be awarded) will have to be in video so that I can show the phone screen. If you intend to bid, please, make sure that you have strong and reliable internet/data throughput to allow videoconferencing.
