Android and IOS Optical Mark Recognition Application Development -- 2

We need an android and an ios application.

The android application should be able to run on all android based tablets and mobile phones. The application should be coded in Java.

The ios application should be able to run on all ios based tablets and mobile phones.

The program codes of applications should be simple, easily understandable, descriptive and efficent.

Purpose:

An application should be developed which detects optical marks on papers. The marks should be detected accurately and fast. The program should detect if boxes which are located in certain coordinates on paper are filled. All physical factors should be considered like cropping redundant areas, rotation, zoom, tilt, perspective, light, shadow etc. to take the correct results.

Application:

A user enters into the application. He presses a button to start the process. A video camera view appears. The user shows papers which contain the optical forms to the camera respectively. A feedback is given for each of the processed forms. The user should be able to return to the first screen by pressing a button.
