Hello there, I'm fairly confident I can deliver this project within given time frame. We would have to start with the basic requirements you propose and discuss the possible modifications. After that, considering the scale you want to run the application on, we would need a server for it which would preferably be a firebase server. Then I can start with the actual work and keep you updated over it's progress. The estimated cost is 25000 from my end considering the design and development part. This would not include the server costs as that depends on the scale of project. Please not that the server cost will not be a one time payment, it will could be a monthly rent for your application if it exceeds a particular server load.
