Create a flutter app for microblogging website -- 2

You must be a company and not an individual. Please read the details below: We have a microblogging website We are looking for an app development company to develop the Flutter/Dart app for this website. Requirement: Splash Screen Login Screen Boarding Screen (3 to 4 graphics, shown on 1st install only) App Screen - Header, Webview(all URLs must be appended "?appview" before loading), Menu, List Navigator, Tab navigation, Floating Action Button) Screen Post a message (API support available) "No internet" Screen App must not take more than 3 seconds to launch after showing Splash Screen Must support 2.12.0 to 3.1.0 FCM integration - Must support get token (on receiving the new or refreshed token, URL must be called with the token as GET param i.e. ?token=<token>). FireBase console access will be provided. Firebase push notification (to the individuals) Notification and Message icon must show a red dot if there are unread notifications or messages (this information can be obtained through API from our website) Code must be well documented. When will the project be considered complete: - Project files must be installed on our development system - A code walkthrough must be done at the end of the project. Any errors, warnings must be resolved before closing the project. - App needs to be published to Play Store by the development company (Google Play developer console access will be provided) Milestones: 1st payment of 25% on showing a remote demo of complete working app 2nd payment of 25% on delivery of APK file for testing on mobile phone 3rd and final payment 50% on complete delivery of code, walkthrough, resolution of any issues/errors, and app publishing. No obsolete library, plugin or package must be used.
