Display random YouTube video in Android app automatically

I would like to know if the following is possible with regards to an Android app.
Let's say I have 10 YouTube video IDs. I would like to have the 10 videos played, AT RANDOM, one after another. A YouTube playlist will not be used. In other words, once one video has finished playing, the next queued video will play automatically, without any intervention from the user. Can this be done? I would also like to avoid using the YouTube API since I would like to avoid YouTube monitoring.
In addition, I would like keep the video at a width at 200 dpi.
