Feasibility plan to develop Polls connected to WhatsApp

I want to evaluate developing an app that allow the user to make polls connected with WhatsApp.

This is the need: do you know when you are in a WhatsApp group and you have to make a decision? Thousaunds of messages are written by the partecipants, but the decision is far away. Until, one of the members of the group creates a doodle. That’s the end of unuseful messages.

But is it possible to create a poll taking participant from the WhatsApp chat? Is it possible to make the people think that the tools are in some way connected?

I NEED ONLY THE FEASIBILITY PLAN AND A MOCK UP. I DON’T NEED YOU TO DEVOLOP THE APP!

I need you to make a bid for:

• Functional solution you propose (providing a rough mockup)

• Technical feasibility

• Search if in the app stores does already exists something similar

• Cost of the development.
