I hired a freelancer to develop a video player app for Android. But it's not finished yet he is busy with his own work. So I want to hire another developer to finish the project. About My Project A video player app to learn English on Android. (I'd like to have a variant for learning Japanese/Chinese) It uses ExoPlayer and also communicates with my server for parsing subtitle and manage the words in the subtitle. What I want. Task 1. Develop some features. (Android, Java, Use ButBucket) 1) Some videos doesn't go to the exact playback position when I jump by subtitle's time. 2) Support high definition video playback: HD, 4K, 8K, UHD, Full HD playback and solve the issue that the phone is getting hotter while I'm playing videos 3) Extract embedded subtitle as a text file(If it's not an image), turn on/off embedded subtitle. 4) Zoom in and move the video you're watching Task 2. I want to learn refactoring the code and apply view/data binding with MVVM. (I'm learning Android to maintain the code) : I want you to explain me via chatting where and how to refactor and show me just one sample. I'll do the rest by your guide. I think this will take a couple of months. And I'll release the mile stone when you send me the code(Not the video) and when it's running on my phone without error. I'm not going to release it in advance too. I want the task 1 as the fixed price, and task 2 by the time based project. Please offer the task 1's price and your hourly cost for the task 2.
