I am seeking to build an app that will allow users to make selections for horse racing and then place the bet. No payment gateway but rather on control panel the software must pull sms message as it comes and from it check the senders phone number and the amount of money they have sent me via mobile banking...no bank api involved on our side. The using the number and amount same will be credited to the users account.
Once a user request money out i need a report from which i ll transfer them manually on another app.
As the user place the bet his balance must be adjusted. He must be sble to view placed bets. Once placed a bet cannot be cancelled.
After a race i need be able to input the result so that all active bets concerned are updated immediately do that balance is available to be wagered in next race.
I need a screen to manage and update odds.
Will offer only simple win odds for bets.
I imagine the app as a copybook that displays each race upon a swipe. A banner can hold user n balance info.
There must be an option to suspend betting on a race..a button i will click to stop further bets.
Control panel and admin on windows...app on android ios.
