Interested to do the project i will use python , there is many library to connect serial , and database , it will be on linux thirst thing finding the right at command to send sms then writing script fetching database and sending sms then update database sms sent please send private message thank you ********************************************

Hi, Your requirement looks quite clear and straightforward to implement. Both Windows and Linux are fine but my choice is Linux as it's a more stable os and de facto for this type of work. Initially, I just need a couple of things you have to handle for me though. You should set up a linux machine, preferably Debian but any flavor is fine, plug the modems and provide ssh access with an account which has sudo privileges. You should also plug the SIM cards and share PIN numbers of each if there's any. Also, if you prefer any specific version of mysql please install it or just let me know. From that point, I'll handle the rest. I can even create a simple webpage displaying the stats and health of the modems if it's any use in addition to daily reporting to support. I'm planning to use python to implement this. I'll also get help from some libraries though it's not certain which ones it'll be at this stage but pyserial will be definitely among them. So if you have specific needs concerning the licensing, e.g if you intend to distribute this solution commercially, please let me know so that I can choose, or not use at all, the libraries accordingly. I expect this to take 5 days, however because of my current workload I'll only be able to start on next Monday which means the deadline is next Friday, thanks for taking the time. Best regards Aydin

Hello, I am going to use one SMS server, running over centos. This server will communicate with modems connected via com port. figuring the AT initialising command is bit tricky, but I guess wavecom modem command will be available easily. I will provide you one API, as well as smpp session to send and receive SMS. if one modem is going down sms server will switch over to second modem. With alert SMS to your staff. So I need 1. Centos OS, with MYSQL DB. language used will be 1. PHP, python, shell script Thanks

I have read all the information regarding your project requirements. I have hands on experience on different kind of GSM Modems(Sierra, Quectel, SimCom, Wavecom etc.) for more then 2yrs. Currently working on a project where i am integrating 4G(LTE) module for VoLTE as well as DATA. Based on my experience and knowledge about GSM modems i can assure you satisfactory result on this project. I would like to discuss more in detail regarding the project requirements.

I have done similar solution, but with other GSM modules. I can use lot of knowledge from it for your project. I pefer linux system and PHP and Bash scripts. (Some things can be written in other language). I have experience with development "special" things for telco companies and VoIP providers. I have developed some projects where I have to use AT commands for communucating with GSM modules. AT commands are simmilar for different vendors (but documentation of mudules will be welcomed).
