Small adjusting firm looking for an assistant. Your job will consist of: Reviewing emails for new claim assignments. Entering and updating contact and claim data into an online database Scheduling appointments Setting up projects Following up on open projects for needed documentation I will provide you with written instructions on how to do your job. You will need a computer with decent internet access. about 10MBPS up/down in order to support voice calls. You will also need an android phone with Google Voice/Hangout. All other work is web-based. Work hours are 8 am to 5 PM Eastern Standard time. With a break for lunch usually around noon. We close on US-based holidays. Pay: Looking to pay around 3.50 to 3.80/hr. Plus 2 weeks vacation. Benefits: Two weeks paid Vacation after your first year. Paid holidays (US Based). Overtime at 1.5 the hourly rate is available. Performance Bonus Requirements: Must be bilingual English and Spanish. Must know how to manage time well MS office 2016 required You must have internet explorer or be able to run Silverlight on your browser
