Change Total.js Messenger to work similar WhatsApp Web (Receive and send messages via API)

Hello everyone! I need a webapp that works like a dashboard for chatbots .. so the task is to adapt the project [login to view URL] messenger, (if you suggest creating something new, ok) to work as a webapp to reply messages and dashboard. I've attached some drafts of how I need you to stay. Must be encoded in Node.js (Because [login to view URL] Messenger is in Node.js) Must have an API schema. For each account registered in this webapp, I have a TOKEN, to be used when it receives messages via API and these messages are linked to your account, being able to receive N messages. [login to view URL] Messenger has an interface similar to Slack, and that's the idea, I need every user account to use the webapp to respond to messages that visitors to his site send via a livechat. This livechat will send the messages via API Rest, with a token and Account ID, to be associated with the account created in the webapp. Think I want to create something similar to the various sites of livechat, [login to view URL], intercom, etc ... Something similar, but very lean.
