Project Description.
The intended web app is a Workflow Automation software with three user roles.
1. Customer
2. Transcriber
3. Admin
Work that my client does is transcribing medical audio recordings. Following will be the workflow,
1. Customer uploads audio files into the portal
2. Admin reviews the audio files and assigns the task to a transcriber
3. Transcriber plays the audio files online and transcribes it within the portal
4. Transcriber can save as draft/submit the transcribed files
5. Admin reviews the submitted transcribed files and submits them to customer
6. Customer receives transcribed files
The tasks also involve functions following functions
1. Payment gateway integration (to accept payment from customer)
2. The customer can upload a template, specifying the format for transcription.
3. Transcriber can play audio files within the portal and can type within portal with a visual editor.
4. Admin can add/edit/remove customers and transcribers
