The system is for a Diagnostic Center that analyzes the sample (ex: blood or urine) of a patient to determine what disease it may have.
WORKFLOW:
The Diagnostic Center receives a list of patients from other medical centers in order for the Diagnostic Center to be in charge of visiting the patient at their home to obtain the sample.
The Diagnostic Center must communicate with each of these patients to coordinate the day and at which time it can be visited for sample collection.
The Diagnostic Center organizes and groups patients by zones (city or district) and coordinates with a company specialized in taking samples to visit the patient and obtain the required sample.
After the specialized company delivers the collected samples, the Diagnostic Center analyzes each of the samples to determine the disease or pathology of the patient and prepares a final report of each patient to deliver it on time to the medical centers before the patient passes his medical consultation.
SOFTWARE REQUERIMENT:
The system has 3 main users (Planner of the medical centers, Coordinator of the Diagnostic Center, Visitor of the company specialized in sampling)
The system must allow the planner to register the patients with general data including also medical consultation date, mail, cell phone, address.
The system must allow the planner to visualize the address through the Google maps to ensure the location of the patient
The system should alert the coordinator when the planner has registered patients.
The system must allow the coordinator to visualize the location of all the patients through the Google Map and that these locations are delimited by the zones (district or city) pre-established by the Google Map.
The system must allow the coordinator to indicate the date and time when the paicente will be visited
The system should facilitate the coordinator to consult the patients according to their visiting status (confirmed visit, unconfirmed visit, visit made)
The system should allow the visitor to consult the patients already confirmed and grouped by zones to begin the visit to the patients
The system must facilitate the visitor to update the status of each visit made by cell phone or tablet.
The system must have reports that allow analyzing the efficiency of the work done
