There is no Architectural design yet (it’s a build it yourself estate), So feel free to user any sample house designs you already have. Animation with voice over will feature movement through the gate and streets within the estate featuring, flower garden and park, play area, tennis court swimming pool and water stream or fountain. Sample Building, car & people movement. More of exterior than interior. Features - The theme is Green (eco-friendly), Garden & Park - Peaceful & Natural - Gated estate development with 24/7 security - Garden & park/play area - Fountain & Pool - Good road network - Buildings/Paved road/street lighting - Solar panel farm - to power street lights - Underground swage system - Underground power cables - Broadband internet connectivity - Community event centre - Close to public amenities If you are up for the challenge kindly indicate your interest and fees.
