Edit Image and prepare GIF

I'm an individual mobile app developer. I've AI file for landscape banner and I need following from it. 1) A portrait mode image to set as a background in Android screens • This required resizing and cropping in proper ratio, so important area of landscape image must be included in portrait image • Setting color tone, contrast and brightness. We already have gradient background in app and it will be replaced by this image. We wish this replacement does not require any change in color shades of existing content. So, you might need to try our few variant before we finalize it. 2) GIF file prepared by animating individual text and logos of above designed portrait mode image • There are only 2 text and 2 icons which need to be animated and prepared GIF will be set as Splash screen (approx. duration of GIF will be 3 sec) • I expect 2-3 best variations for this based on your expertise and we'll finalize one from them. • At the end you need to share AI or PSD file for finalized portrait image and GIF. Also PNG or portrait image in 2-3 different size ratios of Android devices. Thank you.
