Professional 2D or 3D animator needed for childrens fantasy film series -- 2

I am in the process of making a childrens film series of movies to be released to DVD. I want the best animation possible for it as I already have the best voice acting talents and the best scripts and co-writers with me. The film series will be based off of a series of picture books also written by me. They star the character of Mr. Wogglebug, along with his friend Sylvie who is a girl from the regular world who goes to his world called Genoma and together they have adventures in this fantasy land full of all kinds of creatures and challenges with their adventures that by the end bring them to their highest potential and fulfill their dreams. I am not too particular on whether the animation should be in 2D or 3D style. But just so long as the animator(s) are professional enough with experience, and can commit to a long term project, and are not too costly (as I am living off of a fixed budget). And most importantly are able to in some way design the animation of the films based off of the same design my picture book artist does as is shown in the attached file of the main character of Mr. Wogglebug. I sometimes work in an animation program called IClone and would be interested in seeing how the animators interested in taking on this project would be at making the quality of animation for past little projects I've done better whether in 2D or 3D animation style. I expect for actual production on the animation of the first feature film to begin during the summer at the soonest or the end of this year at the latest.
