2D Sprites and tiles for a RTS game that looks like platformer

Hi, I'm creating hobby project that is going to be a RTS with platformer-like visuals. The game idea is very similar to old RTS games like Settlers I or II, Cultures, Knights and Merchants etc. but with very different look and feel. I Character Create prehistoric character that is easy to animate and easy to modify. This project consists only of 4 animations but if it succeed, 20+ animations will be needed. What is more, there will be many different proffesions in the game, so it must be easy to create new kind of character. Perfect example may be adding different hat - one for builder, one for woodcutter, one for miner etc. etc. In this project, I require one kind of character who: 1. Idle 2. Walks left/right 3. Builds 4. Climbs on the ladder II Tiles Create composable, repeatable, platformer-like tiles to create peacful world. In this project, I require: 1. Ground tile 2. Grass tiles - left, right, three kinds of repeatable mid (empty, with flowers etc.) 3. Ladder - bot, top, repeatable mid III Objects and decorations They don't have to be tiles. In this project I require: 1. Three kinds of tree 2. Bush 3. Rocks 4. Clouds 5. Some kind of animated decoration - a butterfly or a bird or any of your proposal. The game will require many, many more elements but I have very negative experience with previous artists. Because of that I'm starting this minimal project to just start our partnership with the hope for extending it in the future. For each image, I require original files with layers. They may be vectors or rasters, however, vectors are preferred. Previous iterartion that I cannot continue because previous artist left without giving a reason: [login to view URL] (warning, it is a flash animation, does not work in google chrome!). VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: I own all graphics from previous iteration but only as png. If you think you can reuse it and add new animations, please let me know! In such case we could go on with the next iteration and don't waste time!
