Background:
The WesCEF Finance team requires an electronic form to replace our current manual Purchasing Card related forms for the Accounts Payable Team.
Work Included:
Develop an electronic forms application that adheres to the functional requirements as detailed in the attached requirements documentation. At a high level, the e-forms system includes the following components and features.
1. Email Integration
a. Email notification of forms to specified recipients at various stages in the workflow (in progress, pending approval, pending clarification, approved, escalated, etc)
b. Form and workflow updates via emails
2. Forms state saving
a. The ability for users to partially complete the forms and return at a later point.
b. Expiry of incomplete forms
3. Dynamic Forms - support for displaying additional required fields depending on values in certain control fields
4. Workflow – support for routing forms to nominated recipients as per documented application, approval, and provisioning process.
The delivered forms application shall comprise of the following Microsoft technologies
1. PowerApps for the user interface
2. Flow for the workflow
3. SharePoint for the database
The development work will be performed in the following Microsoft Office 365 development environment (access to be provisioned by WesCEF)

Project Deliverables: The freelance developer will deliver the following
1) A working solution that meets the attached requirements specifications without defect as validated by WesCEF.
2) Deployment instructions covering steps on how to import all developed components
from the development O365 SharePoint site ([login to view URL])
