I would not say I'm the best, since there are many skilled writers here, but what certainly makes me better than the next is a definite command over vocabulary, fluency and lucidity in expression and adaptability, since I can write long, connected sentences or short, simple ones as required or according to requirement. I am a language specialist, finalizing my PhD (philology). As a researcher you do investigate various fields and have to produce various papers and essays. Writing is part of the process. As a teacher also you come across the task of writing, teaching your students how to build up and improve this skill. I have university degrees in three languages, Romanian, Spanish, and English. Part of the assignment and percentage of the grade came under the form of written papers, not to mention the final paper. I have lived, worked, and studied for six years in the United Kingdom. I am familiarized with the British variety of the English language but I cannot say that I feel uncomfortable with its sister counterpart, American English.
