Specifically, the topics you will cover can be from 1 or more of the following and related topics: - Health & the benefits of organic foods, such as Beekeeping and Honey, Matsutake mushroom, red rice, etc. - Sikkim and/or Bhutan's culture of respect for nature, which allows them to maintain truly pristine nature and environment (carbon negative, pesticide/insecticide/fertilizer free zone), natural farming without the use of any chemicals. - How supporting the farmers of Sikkim and Bhutan will improve living standards even as it makes the locals' green farming methods economically sustainable. * All work submitted must be in a tone that displays a local's insight of the region. Workload will range from 1 to 3 articles per week, each 500 words in length. Compensation will be 500 INR per article.
