Detailed estimate/take-offs for reconstruction project

Hello, I’m a mechanical engineer with good skills in reading and doing quantities takeoff (Quantity Survey) and creating an estimation of cost and budgeting for nearly most disciplines. I use software such as PDF-Exchange, and VU-360 (Blue Book) for extracting the quantities from plans and using RS Means to estimate the labor, equipment, and materials cost to build the required estimate.
