I'm looking to hire a content writer who can produce 300-400 word articles as well as write scripts about the real estate market in Australia. The focus of the articles and video scripts will be on property investment in Australia (sydney, brisbane, melbourne market). Topic suggestions would be on: how to save tax using property what is rentvesting How to use equity to invest in property tips for paying off the home mortgage what to consider when investing in real estate etc. This job will be on-going. Looking at having 1-2 articles written each week (300-400 words each) and 1x 600-800 word video script each week (see attached example). *Must have experience/knowledge about the Australian property and real estate market. Please provide past examples of your written work when you bid. Bid base on your word count fee of 100 words. Must be Australian based! Thanks.

I also have over 20 years of experience with writing and researching. I have just joined Freelancer as i'm nolonger working full-time (so no ratings yet).
