Outdoor Advertising Site Reservation Software

Required is the development of a new software/system for an outdoor advertising agency. The agency operates many locations in different cities. (Locations are the outdoor locations which might consist of advertising banners - hoarding banners, lamposts, rooftops, etc...) We are looking for a software to manage the booking and availability of various locations, some of features required: * list of locations categorized by city wise. * each location should show the price, the booking period * the reports must show all the booking locations by details and total amount, the availability by month, details and amount * In reports we need one report by type of advertisment (hoarding, rooftop, lamppost, etc..), also the booked and availability locations by type. * each booking order must show the client who booked it, and print out booking order * the front page must show the list of locations under each city name or any other easy access and user friendly start page * the booking period report should include a good graphic representation (preferably something like a calendar which shows or highlights in Red the days the locations which are booked!) * other features and reports and information's is welcomed We need to keep the option of updating before we receive the final copy of the software. The software much have a very interactive GUI, it very important that it is user friendly and easy to use. Selection of project bidder will be based on several criteria including previous work completed, background and knowledge in programming, years of experience, customer support.
