Hi I can create the site with PHP/MySQL. The site will allow you to enter all newpaper articles and accompaning images through simple user friendly interfaces. You will be able to enter old issues, input new ones and edit any of them at any time. Viewers can browse current or old issues and view every article with or without an accompaning picture.
