The practice must deliver a program of a call center or two incidents record administrator and user roles.
Users with administrator role can manage all users and impacts of each user.
And users with user role can only manage, view or create your own incidents, as well as to edit your profile.
The system must meet the following:
- Must support a complete record of any incident information that he may have.
