Web Based Location Map

Hello Experts, I need to develop a web based Application using ASP.Net/VB.Net/MS Access to achieve the following: 1- Import/Edit or Delete objects in the Database "Object ID, Object Name, Object Image" (example: Object 1, Object 2, Object 3...) 2- Import/Edit or Delete Object LOCATION "Like Location Log history for All Objects i have in the DB" (Example: Object Name, Date, Time, Longitude and latitude ), so every Object will have MANY logs in the DB about its location {these data entry for the locations will be done manually via a page in the application} 3- Based on the information we have in the Location Logs History in the DB, we should be able to open a page with Google Map (in a full screen proper view) have a list of all teh objects in the DB in a PAN with check box to select/unselect it and a button to show the selected objects on the map BASED ON THEIR LATEST AVAILABLE LOCATION (individual image assigned for each object will be displayed on the map) or another button to show selected objects LOCATION PATH HISTORY (which means to draw a line between the different locations available in the DB for that object) and we should have the option to select how far backwe should draw the history path {we select from to dates} and then the system will grap all the available location logs in DB falling in this date range. history... another button should be there to turn on the AUTOMATIC NAVIGATION, when this option is on, the application should start navigating between selected objects by going from the full word wide map view {the zoom out mode} to zoom in to the location of the 1st object for a while, then zoom out for a 2-3 seconds then zoom in to the next object and so on and when it finishes from the last object, it will keep on doing the same again starting from object 1 in a loop until it is turned off. the application should have a good looking layout and user friendly. The map part should be properly developed so after selecting the objects and the function to execute, we should be able to have a full screen view showing only the map on the screen with all other buttons or anything else hidden This project should be developed in ASP.Net over VB.Net with MS access as database and final work should be delivered in full with source code and bug free Only serious and experts professionals please.
