I can do the job. I suggest use VB.net and finished autocad file would consist of 3D antena and 2d plan with dimentions (I suggest top, side and front view). I'm assuming you would provide the math and specs for the antena design. Can you send me a picture or draft of an antena of this type to better understand the job. How are you planning on doing the variables input (.csv file, excel file, manual loading?). I’m a Mechanical Engineer with lots of experience in parts design and solid 3D drawing including 2D projections plans. (Autocad 3D, Soliworks or SolidEdge). Advanced knowledge in VBA programing with interaction between diferent softwares (excel, word, access, powerpoint, Autocad, surfer etc). Newer versions of AutoCad require VB.NET. Communication won't be an issue because I was raised in USA (Charlottesville Virginia) so English is my second mother tongue and I have IELTS certification with global score of 7,5 over 9.

I previously wrote a complete parametric machine parts scaling script. Note that, I am a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering in METU, Turkey. I am also familiar with computational graphics (since I am working on computational mechanics and part of my work is related to obtaining nurbs representations of complicated soft tissue structures such as of the heart or liver).
