I'm building new simple one family house. Local architect made all documentation to get allowance for building. Situation now. Shape, size, location on land, is fixed while it is connected to received approval. What I need? I have only one goal and that’s make my wife happy, while happy wife means happy life Well to achieve that one I need to get something to be done before start building. [login to view URL] I need to "convert" those DWG and renders to Revit... why Revit... I have it that the only reason So to redraw the house, and current landscape as well [login to view URL] to draw all pipes, wires, hvac (heat pump water/water with ground collector, ventilation with recuperation), smart house connection [login to view URL] to make some ideas about lightning (ambient, reading....) [login to view URL] make some ideas for car park cover, car park, route from road to house [login to view URL] to draw all connection like fiber optics, water pipes, wastewater hoses from main holes to the house [login to view URL] to design the garden (some is going to be vegetable, the other will grass, green [login to view URL] if you can do the sun route projection ... ok this is not mandatory While I have found out that all documentation is just for administrative purposes, I would like to make all in BIM because I can't expect from builder to do it right, if I don't give them any useful data. On the end if I want to check weather installation are on right place, I also need some data What can I supply? - dwg of landscape with height points, connection sources, road... - dwg of new house on land - dwg ground floor and [login to view URL] floor - dwg of side views and cross sections - one idea of garden, which is not mandatory I'm attaching some renders how the idea of colors and equipment was; but that is not 100% fix Our architect uses to work in like 4 software and they redraw many times and make enormous mistakes. because of that I would like to have everything inside same software Everything what is in Slovenian I can translate to English language.
