I am looking for an architect/engineer that has knowledge with doing work inside Ontario Canada. At this point we would need a site plan to present to the city. I need someone that understands the process from start to end. That has no problems speaking with the city as well as time progresses. Also the person would need to speak to the MTO (Ministry of Transportation) to see what they are willing to do for us in reducing setbacks. also being able to speak english is essential. also getting the drawings stamped by an engineer will be needed later as well. attached is the survey and the zoning. the land is zoned GI, General Industrial. if you have further questions please let me know.
