I have my own business and constantly get lots of small jobs that I will need support with over the coming years. I am looking for a capable, honest, and autonomous draftsman. Must have skills in ArchiCAD & AutoCAD (mainly ArchiCAD) and has the ability to follow instructions and deliver projects on time. I should be able to tell them what needs to be done, and they should be able to do it without me being involved too much. I will be dealing with the clients directly and build the shell of the structure, I will then need you to finalize the rest of the detail to get it to a stage for submission to the Local Authority. I will be there to support and hoping to build a strong relationship with you as I am looking for a long term commitment and I understand there will be some time for us to get used to each other. Must be proficient in English. Most jobs will be residential, and an understanding of Australian Building and Residential Codes is an added bonus. Eventually you will get used to the codes and if there is any explanation required we will go through each item, but I would expect you to pick up such codes as you continue, Attached is the drawings as an example A.01.1 ground floor - that is an example of Client approval, I would generate the model with the client and come to a common agreement of whats involved with the structure etc.. generally it would only be the shell of the structure with some of the doors, but it would be pretty basic. 03 Ground Floor - End result, I would need everything cleaned up and dimensions as shown, any other important information will be required as per building standards and but will work with one another to get the result. hope this is clear and if there is anything else you need clarified, let me know and we can discuss this, please note that you will be trialed for the first project and if I see that your capability is not satisfactory, then I will seek others, I will work justly with you and be fair with the people I work with thank you for your time to listen and glad to work in the near future with you
