Preparing structural shop drawings for a factory in Kuwait. Consists of Basement floor, Ground floor, mezzanine & Roof the Plot area is 12,000 m2 (120 m x 100 m) Kindly note the following: 1) the raft drawings already done. 2)Shop drawings for Steel structure to be done by others The shop drawings shall contain the following: 1) B.F Columns steel reinforcement (cross sections, elevations) 2) Retaining walls sections & Elevations 3) Ground floor slab dimensions and levels 4) Bottom and top reinforcement for the ground floor slab 5) Stair cases plans, sections and steel reinforcement details 6) Ground floor columns layout, reinforcement(cross sections, elevations) 7) Mezzanine floor slab dimensions and levels 8) Bottom and top reinforcement for the mezzanine floor slab 9) Mezzanine floor columns layout, reinforcement(cross sections, elevations) 10) Roof floor & Upper roof slab dimensions and levels 11) Bottom and top reinforcement for the Roof floor & Upper roof slab 12) Roof floor & Upper roof columns layout, reinforcement (cross sections, elevations) 13) Beams details (elevations and cross sections ) for ground floor, mezzanine, roof) The expected number of drawings to be 60 drawings A0 size (each layout drawing to be divided by two layout in order to be readable) -The freelancer is responsible for checking any discrepancy between arch. drawings, structural drawings and MEP drawings. -The freelancer is responsible for coordinating between arch. drawings, structural drawings and MEP drawings. ** PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHMENTS FOR SAMPLES OF SIMILAR WORK **
