Archicad file preparation (simplification, degrouping) for Lumion rendering

We have a DWG file for a 9 floors building and adjacent compound that needs to be simplified and elements/materials separated, so it can be worked in Lumion for rendering. The DWG is fairly complex and heavy, but professionally done: we highly recommand the candidate to have a strong computer to work with it. We remarked several items on different floors are grouped in same Autocad layers, and use same material, hence this makes the rendering in Lumion very cumbersome as all items are mixed up in our renders. We will need to get the simplified model in multiple separate files, so we can use/combine as needed for the rendering in lumion. It is most welcome for candidates who have Lumion experience to check/suggest for best ways to work on the model. We also have landscape models for the internal garden inside main building (1x) as well as areas outside the building (2x). This will be used essentially for terrain modeling and needs to be incorporated in final renders in Lumion. The reworked plans/layers/exports should be compatible with Lumion, and have the following characteristics: -DWG or DAE (collada) or FBX file under 2Go -Facetres might need to be adjusted as in preliminary checks some rounded shapes went bizarre Please note: this project will be under NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and the selected candidate will not be able to use this in his portfolio - sorry, but this is mandatory.
