Access Hashgraph account through the official iOS app

I'm having an issue with the Official Hedera Hashgraph iOS. It is prompting me to update my keys but the wallet is crashing when I try to export my data. This makes me unable to access the funds through other wallets. Experiencing serious issues with the official Hedera Wallet on both of my phones. I can not currently send any transaction from both wallets, as the app crashes. My idea was then to export the private keys/memory phrase, but when I do that, the app automatically crashes too: When I go to the Recovery Phrase section from the Menu, I get a popup: ‘Please attempt to recover your Header Account using the recovery phrase’ When I click Display Private Key, I first get a popup if I really want to display it. When I press YES, the app automatically closes. In short, I’m fully unable to do anything with my account, and I can't export any info that will help me access the wallet somewhere else. I have the app installed on both of my phones, and the same issue on both. There is a difference however: Phone 1 runs 1.4.169 on the App, and DOES NOT feature the Update Key option in the menu Phone 2 (older) runs 1.4.138 of the App, and DOES feature the Update Key option in the menu The latest successful outgoing transaction was done on June 9. Please only bid if you have experience with this type of job, preferably with: - Hedera Hashgraph - Cryptocurrencies & Blockchain This will save us both time.
