1.A. Deliverable(s)
Platform: Linux web server without root access, needs to be able to run in a generic CGI-BIN
Interface: Command line.
Implementation: We require the Source Code and Executable and all code and libraries required to install from command Linux web server command line without root access.
Preferences: Perl or PHP are preferred, but it can be done in another languages that appear on native apache web servers on linux.
Documentation: How to install and some basic examples on usage.
1.B. FUNCTIONALITY
1.B.1. Validate Wallet. Validate that a BTC or ERC20 wallet address is valid given the address. It would be nice if it could be done without the private key, but if the private key is required then we can live with that requirement. It would be nice if you could just give either BTC or ERC20 address and the software detects you if it’s BTC or ERC20 .

1.B.1.a. Least Inputs
INPUT: -addr <btc or erc20 address>
ACCEPTABLE OUTPUT:
valid BTC
or: valid ERC20
or: invalid address
1.B.1.b. More Specific Inputs
INPUT: -addr <btc or erc20 address> -pk <btc or erc20 private key>
ACCEPTABLE OUTPUT:
valid BTC
or: valid ERC20
or: invalid address

INPUT: -type <wallet type: btc or erc20> -addr <btc or erc20 address> -pk <btc or erc20 private key>
ACCEPTABLE OUTPUT:
valid BTC (if btc was entered for -type)
or: valid ERC20 (if erc20 was entered for -type)
or: invalid address
1.B.2. Transaction History. Given a valid BTC or erc20 address provide a list of all deposits and withdraws from the wallet, including dates, amounts, and confirmations on separate rows.

ACCEPTABLE OUTPUT: Multiple lines for each transaction after the -date output the following line...
