Core Blockchain Architect needed for a quick Proof-of-Concept activity.

We are looking out to build a Proof-Of-Concept to architect and demonstrate the true capabilities and functionality of Blockchain. Build a Use-case The peer to peer distributed ledger network to be created is for health care medical record management. The transaction record is of patient with diagnosis and lab reports issued by doctor/hospital and laboratory respectively. The patient can make use of the medical record for claim /reimbursements from insurance companies and employer respectively which can be another transaction record. The transaction generated by participant users shall have meta data along with file attachment as supporting document for the transaction. Hence the storage of file attachment needs to be addressed as part of the design. The enterprise network should have multiple organizations with multiple nodes/peers (both endorsing and committing peers), multiple ledgers, multiple channels and multiple orderers with either Kafka or RAFT. Every organization in the network should have a Certificate Authority with Membership Service Provider (MSP) to manage identities. If you have Smartcontract experience, then you have an opportunity to work on next small assignment, after completing this task.
