Floor plan office layout Visio

I want to be given a file that I can use in Visio 2013 that give me the ability to easily change and add/delete items on to the plan as I need. I do not know how to get started on Visio - where the item selectors are but if they are put on to a plan for me, I am confident I will be able to duplicate, move and delete what I want and where I want it. I must be able to change it myself and I must be able to do this on Visio 2013 and have all the items listed below put on the plan somewhere for me to move or on the navigation pane on the side. I am not very technical but also not terrible. I just need a start please. I should be ok with the orientation etc. myself but you must not protect the file in such a way that has any restrictions. I will have plenty of other basic plans to do like this, once I find someone that understands my needs and I can work with I can feed more work so I don't have to do this myself, for the time being I need the ability to be able to do this particular one myself with your help. These are the items I want; Desks and drawers (pedestals) 1200mm straight desk on its own 1200mm straight desk with operator’s chair 1200mm straight desk with under desk drawers with operator’s chair 1200mm straight desk with desk high drawers and with operator’s chair 1600mm Cantilever desk on its own LH &RH 1600mm Cantilever desk LH & RH with operators chair 1600mm Cantilever desk with under desk drawers LH &RH with operators chair 1600mm Cantilever desk LH & RH with desk high drawers with operators chair Pods - should be facing each other positioned with the furthest left seat facing the wall 1200mm chair with operators chair in a pod of 2, 4, 6,8,10 and 12 1600mm chair with operators chair in a pod of 2, 4, 6,8,10 and 12 Other items Multi-function printer Tambour unit showing sliding doors Filing cabinet showing direction doors open Operator’s chair Meeting table circular Meeting chair Small square table Coat stand Book stand Meeting room square in shape showing door PC with headset Monitor Phone Pedal Bin Recycle bin in with colour indicator TV Notice board Privacy board Fire door Fire extinguisher Couch Door showing direction Sink Kitchen cupboard Microwave Hot water boiler Fridge Power point Data point Light switch Building Pillar Double red line indicating walk way Size indicators on outer walls (I will complete measurements once known) Please remove current table on drawing but leave all other items listed. Give me the ability to move these though please. Items can be placed inside main body of plan. I will move them to where I need. If there is anything minor I require adding which I believe would take a skilled person less than 10 mins to do I would expect this to be done as a one off for me. Thank you
