I have over 18 years experience as a consultant in a top management consulting firm. The last 12 years were spent driving new and existing business for our Systems Development(including Cyber) and DoD sectors. I've lead capture and proposal responses for over 100 proposals. I pride myself on expertly articulating your differentiators and highlighting your strengths in a bid. I also have extensive experience in pricing – specifically ensuring that a technical response is compliant and matches the price volume. I will work with you to understand the bid to include reading any Statements of Objectives, Criteria, and reviewing supplemental material. I will discuss your deliverables and capture the messages you want to convey to your audience. I will then develop the baseline deliverables. I set a few check in sessions to ensure we are on the same page and leave room for changes in the bidding process.
