We are a rapidly growing Microsoft 365 and Workplace Management consultancy with offices in the UK and Colombia. We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with our client to evaluate a merger/consolidation of two Microsoft 365 environments

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand current business and technology requirements
• Analyze and document operating models, use cases, data flows, designs, configurations, and business requirements
• Undertake GAP analysis, document findings, create options appraisal and project plan
• Create diagrams and slides
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Business/B2+ Level English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Experience working with IT systems and related projects
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
• Motivated self-starter
• Personable and professional manner
