Creating HYIP program for legal cannabis farm and producer in Africa.

I am looking for people which have knowledge and were taking part in bond issues or creating successful HYIP programs. Below I roughly describe project. From 5 years our company was trying to make a dream come true and with help of many supporters was lobbying legalisation of cultivation cannabis in one of African countries. After few years of work, meeting politics and goverment people my company have got legal permissions for such farming project with possibility of getting exclusivity for next 70 years for growing, processing, sale and exporting cannabis worldwide after fullfil some conditions which are connected with expansion of the company for which we need financing from outside. Of course license permission is for cannabis products with CBD and THC (medical and recreational). Limited liability company have already purchased nearly 200 hectares land for farm in this African countries, as it was one of the conditions to get permission for growing cannabis. Of course there is possible of further expansion of territory if needed. We have 3100m coast line to the second biggest river in the country, which give huge possibilities of cheap river transport of ready made products, all length of the land there is newly done in March 2019 electricity line with European standards. There is also road access to the property, what is not common in many African countries. Nearest airport is located 15km away and by a plane in 30min You can get into capital city of the country. Low in the name of law costs of labours and cultivation will let the company deliver to the wholesalers market products in the most attractive and reliable prices in the world. High standards of control will let us deliver only high quality products which will reach worldwide standards and norms. At this stage I would like to inform that this farm will be BIO and ecofriendly, grow of our cannabis will be completly out of any pesticides use and without any negative effects for nature. Our company already had done a lot of charity work and in future will increase positive impact on local communities which suffer because of lack of work and help from any government institutions. We cooperate also with local CARITAS and UNICEF organisations to take part in helping those who suffer. Our idea is to donate those organisations from every product we sale to the market as our positive impact to share kindness. Projects of branding, packings, recipes is already done. Also pre agreements with future suppliers have been agreed and signed after tests of their products which are necessary for packing. At this stage we need to get financing for machineries for cannabis processing, Agro machinery and equipment for farming. Also building laboratory for tests and other buildings where we will be producing, processing and storage goods. Our company will have positive impact on many African peoples life and families giving them fair salary, healthcare and stable work for many generations.
